API 5L PSL2 linepipe is a high-grade steel pipe manufactured according to the American Petroleum Institute's API 5L standard, suitable for long-distance transportation of media such as oil and natural gas.

API 5L PSL2 linepipe is made from high-strength steel and heat-treated to achieve a yield strength of 415–555 MPa and a tensile strength of 520–760 MPa, ensuring deformation resistance during long-distance transportation of high-pressure media such as crude oil and natural gas.
High Precision
API 5L PSL2 linepipe is mechanically rolled and CNC plasma cut to maintain outer diameter and wall thickness tolerances within ±0.5%, ensuring a tight fit during on-site installation.
Excellent Weld Quality
This linepipe utilizes double-sided submerged arc welding to achieve full fusion of the weld metal with the parent metal, resulting in a weld with the same tensile strength as the parent metal. It is also less susceptible to cracking or leakage even under high-pressure conditions.
